Florence has an unusual combination of visual, strategic, conceptual, design and filmmaking skills – which she brings to every consulting, branding, digital, art directing, or film project she enthusiastically dives into.

She has an uncanny ability to find a core idea or compelling story in her quest to transform complexity into simple, elegant solutions. With carefully chosen collaborators she reinvigorates established companies, guides start-ups, solves branding and marketing challenges and entertains rooms full of people with her engaging short films.

Florence has worked extensively on financial services and b2b projects for Merrill Lynch, Citi, FINRA, and Bank of America, as well as clients like Alka Seltzer, Bass Ale, J&J, KPMG, Pizza Hut, and Westin Hotels at New York agencies that include BBDO, Deutsch, JWT, R/GA and Grey.

She won a Getty Images Creative Grant and created the RAINN Survivor Series, an integrated campaign for the Rape, Abuse & Incest National Network which launched in March. Thousands of people have reached out to RAINN's helplines since then. Her film, Right There, A Short Film About Tolerance is in the permanent collection of the National September 11 Memorial Museum.
